Materials We Accept
Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals
Complete list of scrap metals we accept at GGR Metals. From aluminum and copper to steel and brass, we recycle all major metal types with competitive pricing.

Non-Ferrous Metals
Non-ferrous metals don't contain iron and are generally more valuable due to their properties like corrosion resistance, conductivity, and light weight.
Aluminum
Lightweight, corrosion-resistant metal commonly found in construction and packaging

Copper
High-value metal prized for electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance

Brass
Copper-zinc alloy commonly found in plumbing and decorative items

Stainless Steel
Corrosion-resistant steel alloy used in food service and medical applications

Other Non-Ferrous
Specialty metals with various industrial applications

Ferrous Metals
Ferrous metals contain iron and are magnetic. While typically less valuable than non-ferrous metals, they make up the bulk of recycled materials by weight.
Steel
The most recycled material in the world, used in construction and manufacturing

Cast Iron
Heavy, durable iron-carbon alloy used in industrial applications

Specialty Steel
Engineered steels with specific properties for specialized applications

Specialty Items We Accept

For appliances and large equipment, please ensure all fluids are drained and hazardous materials (like freon) are properly removed by certified professionals.
Items We Cannot Accept
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept the following materials:
How to Prepare Your Materials
Sort Your Metals
Separate ferrous from non-ferrous metals. Pre-sorted materials often receive better pricing.
Remove Contaminants
Clean materials of excessive dirt, oil, or non-metal attachments when possible.
Bring ID
State law requires valid ID for all transactions. Business accounts need proof of ownership.
